ImmuneWatch BV (IW)
Antwerp, Belgium
ImmuneWatch aims to accelerate the development of vaccines, therapeutics and diagnostics by truly understanding T-cell responses. ImmuneWatch’s machine learning platform, ImmuneWatch DETECT can annotate the epitope specificity of T-cell receptor (TCR) sequences, turning TCR repertoires into clinically actionable data. ImmuneWatch is a spin-off of the University of Antwerp and the University Hospital Antwerp, Belgium.
Within this project, ImmuneWatch will use its DESIGN and DETECT products to support the in-depth evaluation of T cell response against flaviviruses and flavivirus vaccines. DESIGN is a reverse vaccinology pipeline to identify immunogenic T cell epitopes in a pathogen sequence. DETECT can track TCRs specific for more than 1700 different epitopes, and new custom training for the project will be added to enable to track TCRs specific to flavivirus epitopes.
